Being an account manager at GP Auto Logistics implies being able to keep the highest levels of quality in our day to day to help the customer have a seamless experience. Being able to walk the customer through the whole process, while being fully transparent, even though it is their first time transporting a vehicle or a regular car mover. I think the favorite part of this job is the customer’s satisfaction and how grateful they are when I resolve.

How far out should I schedule my auto shipment?
As soon as possible, to find a carrier for your preferred date at the lowest price. Some advance notice is ideal, however, we also pre-book shipments in order to secure prices and spots on trucks.

You can cancel at any time prior to your vehicle being picked up. If you cancel prior to the assignment of a carrier you will be charged a $25 dispatch fee. In the event you cancel after the assignment of a carrier, you will be charged only the amount of the initial payment.
